Taste Of… Radio aired Sunday afternoons on 570 KLIF-AM in Dallas/Ft. Worth.  Conceived by David Yates and Dan Potter, the show featured Dan and Chef Sharon Van Meter of the Milestone Culinary Arts Center and the Viking Cooking School of Dallas (website).

Each show was taped before a live studio audience at the Milestone Culinary Arts Center.  Featured guests included Chef Kent Rathbun (website), Chef Steven Raichlen (website), Chef Tim Love (website), Chef Trex Cox (website), cookbook author Julee Rosso (website), and more.
